We are walking distance to Dow Gardens, The Midland Center for the Arts, Thrune Park, and on one of the most peaceful streets in our town. Everything about this home is welcoming, comfortable, and a great place to enjoy Midland.

We're offering the entire house which includes two bedrooms, one bathroom with a walk in shower, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, living room, laundry (downstairs), and charming outdoor spaces. One of the bedrooms has a walk-in closet large enough to pop up a pack-n-play to use as a nursery or a space to tuck your personal items away out of sight. The front porch and back patio have comfortable seating during warmer months to enjoy the quiet street and the spacious backyard.
