This was our third stay with Sue, And we still highly recommend this Airbnb! Sue offers a super clean, spacious, and comfortable home. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. The location is quiet and private, but close to all the resturants and stores you'd need. Sue is a wonderful, friendly host. Stay here if you're in the Midland area, you will not be disappointed!!

Great place for a small family or up to 3–4 people. I rented it for my mother and brother during their short visit from Canada. The last time I saw them in person was about a decade ago, so having a comfortable place to stay together for a week meant a lot to me and my family. The house was very clean, tidy, and had great natural sunlight throughout. The basement with the desk, washer, and dryer is very useful. The listing mentioned no heating, but the place actually had both heating and AC, which was great. The only thing I wished for was some backyard chairs and a table to enjoy the weather outside. The host provided detailed instructions, sometimes a bit much, but everything was clear and helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciate the host for offering such a nice place. And I definitely recommend it.

We were in town for a funeral. Staying at Nathan’s made it a lot easier. We were close to drug stores, grocery stores…everything we needed in case we had forgotten something. The space was clean, minimal and bright. Perfect for a little peace after a day of people. Beds were so comfortable. Bathrooms were stocked well and nicely appointed. The large, walk-in closet that doubled as an office was critical since I still had to work while there. And communication was great. Nathan checked in and made himself available if needed. Would stay again…100%.

We thoroughly enjoyed our month-long stay! The house is cute, cozy, and had everything we needed to truly feel at home. The location was very convenient, with several stores and restaurants nearby. The check-in and checkout process was simple and hassle-free, which made the entire stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

They were very responsive, more than enough space for my family, my sisters family, and kids. Lots of stores near by! Perfect space and perfect hosts. Will book with them again if we ever find ourselves in Michigan again! :)

Nathan was very communicative, always reaching out and or responding if I needed anything. The house was clean and beautiful, it was just myself there but it could easily host a family. Instructions on check in/ out were clear and easy to comprehend. Very flexible, I booked a few hours before I checked in and was approved almost immediately on Airbnb. Nathan was a great host and I will definitely be booking again if I'm back in town!

We zijn met 6 personen naar de diploma uitreiking geweest van onze zoon. Het leuke van dit huis was dat we hem hier konden ontvangen en dat we gezamenlijk wat in een ontspannen sfeer wat konden drinken. Makkelijker dan in een hotel waar je toch meer afzonderlijk zit. Verder was het leuk om een Amerikaanse woning te huren in een normale Amerikaanse wijk wat bijdraagt aan je gevoel met de stad.

Amazing hosts! My fiancé had to stay in Midland for work and him and his coworker stayed here for a couple of months and they were very accommodating and had great communication!
