Convenient location that’s three minutes from the middle of town with an extra large yard and plenty of parking. This spacious house has been renovated from head to toe and includes all the convenience of home while feeling like you're on vacation. You'll love flipping a switch to have a warm, cozy fire while finding something to watch on the Samsung Frame TV. You'll definitely want to spend some time out on the deck and in the huge lawn during those warm days.

This house has been thoughtfully updated to create a colorful, bright, and open space that we know you'll love. The living room, kitchen, and dining room are all on the main floor. The main floor also has a spacious laundry room, the first bathroom, and an office. The office has a TV, comfortable couch, and a play space for the kids. Just off the kitchen is a sliding glass door that will lead you to the back deck. The deck and the yard are both very spacious making it a great spot to serve dinner in the summer. After dinner head out to the fire pit to toast some marshmallows for s'mores. Up stairs you'll find all three bedrooms and two more full bathrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed and large ensuite on one side with a walk-in shower and double vanity and another dedicated work space. The kids bedroom has an extra twin bed under each bed and extra linens to accommodate 4 people in that room if needed. The third bedroom has a queen bed with a large couch and large closet. That bedroom is directly across from the third bathroom that also offers a walk-in shower. There is a lot to love here both indoor and outdoor. We think you'll love the privacy, space, and playful design, all while being a 3 minute drive to the mall area.

The entire house and property are yours to use, we keep the basement locked but its accessible if needed by the guest. The open grassy area of our yard is useable by guests, but we ask that guests refrain from using the woods.
