Oak Mini, with a private entrance and bathroom, is centrally located in the heart of Conway, Arkansas. The location offers a five minute walk to UCA, Conway Regional Medical Center, Laurel Park and Stoby's (a favorite breakfast spot) and is located less than a mile from downtown.
Good to know
Oak Mini is 250 square feet and offers an incredibly comfortable environment. This cozy space offers a Keurig coffee maker (with k-cups), mini fridge, microwave, and a collapsible desk. Lots of storage and newly remodeled bathroom with a huge walk-in shower. This suite is attached to the main house (Oak Main- also an AirBNB), but has a separate entrance and doesn’t share any part of the living space (like a duplex). You will have complete privacy.
Other Details to Note
Our neighborhood is safe and you will see kids playing in their yards and people out walking. Laurel Park, with playground, walking trail, and splash pad, is very close and UCA is a 5 minute walk if you want to pop into Starbucks on campus for a coffee.
