You will be staying in a large, comfortable, older home in a beautiful, family friendly, neighborhood in the heart of Midland. We have 4 bedrooms with 2 full and 2 half baths, large eat in kitchen with a connected family room; living room, dining room, backyard deck with grill, and wooded lot. You will be about 5 minutes from our favorite restaurants, soccer complex, tennis center, country club, movie theater, shopping, Dow Gardens; and MidMichigan Medical Center;7 minutes to downtown Midland.
Good to know
We are offering our entire house, except for a couple spaces we have locked for storage.
Other Details to Note
During the winter and after a heavy snow, sometimes our cul-de-sac can take as long as a day to be plowed.

Neighborhood
Our neighborhood is nice, family friendly, and we’re located at the end of a cul-de-sac. There are many mature trees and it’s very walkable. We love biking and walking along the many great sidewalks.
Guest Access
Our entire house is included, except for a couple spaces we have locked for storage. Our back deck is included, and we have a grill as well.

A car would be recommended but biking is also a great option for about half of the year. It’s about a mile walk to the Midland Mall area as well.
