You will be staying in a large, comfortable, older home in a beautiful, family friendly, neighborhood in the heart of Midland. We have 4 bedrooms with 2 full and 2 half baths, large eat in kitchen with a connected family room; living room, dining room, backyard deck with grill, and wooded lot. You will be about 5 minutes from our favorite restaurants, soccer complex, tennis center, country club, movie theater, shopping, Dow Gardens; and MidMichigan Medical Center;7 minutes to downtown Midland.

Good to know

We are offering our entire house, except for a couple spaces we have locked for storage.

Other Details to Note

During the winter and after a heavy snow, sometimes our cul-de-sac can take as long as a day to be plowed.

Neighborhood

Our neighborhood is nice, family friendly, and we’re located at the end of a cul-de-sac. There are many mature trees and it’s very walkable. We love biking and walking along the many great sidewalks.

Guest Access

Our entire house is included, except for a couple spaces we have locked for storage. Our back deck is included, and we have a grill as well.

A car would be recommended but biking is also a great option for about half of the year. It’s about a mile walk to the Midland Mall area as well.

Sue y Brian deberían de ser el estándar de oro para quien quiere rentar una propiedad en Airbnb. Las fotos no le hacían la suficiente justicia a lo hermoso del lugar. This was a beautiful home, with lots of space to spread out. We were in town for our son's wedding, and this was a quiet place of refuge amidst a hectic weekend. The hosts were gracious and welcoming, checking to make sure we had everything we needed, even before we arrived, and responsive to any questions or needs we had.

We are so thankful to Sue and Brian for giving us a home away from home. As former Midland residents with two small kids, who sadly had to sell our home last summer, we were so relieved to step inside such a comfortable and peaceful abode. Our children immediately relaxed when they saw a basement full of toys, just as theirs had been. We had so much fun sitting outside by the fire pit watching them play with the wagons and took walks down to the elementary school park to meet their friends after school. Everything in Midland is at your fingertips from this location. It reminded us of how much we love our old home and hope to visit more routinely now. We found our spot at Sue and Brian’s home. Thank you!!

This was our second stay with Sue. It was just as fantastic as the first time. We had six people in our group. Her house is spacious, clean, and comfortable with tons of amenities. We had a wonderful time playing cards, the piano, and of course ping-pong. It's located close to all of the restaurants, stores, and expressway entrance ramps. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Zero complaints. Sue is a gracious, friendly, proactive host! We highly recommend Sue and her home and hope to stay again! ❤️

The home was perfect for our ladies bike trip. It was very clean, spacious, and beautiful inside and out. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed and more. The home was nicely furnished and the beds were comfortable. The yard was beautifully landscaped and we enjoyed walking around the house admiring and identifying all the plants and flowers. Sue was a great host; allowing for early check in, providing coffee and creamer and giving us recommendations on what to do on a raining day. She even provided us with a scenic route to the trail rail bike path, that went through various neighborhoods. It was a beautiful ride. Could not have asked for more!
