We had to get a place at the last minute because our previous one had cancelled, and Nathan's place ended up being perfect. Extremely clean, and they were very responsive to my questions about a late checkout time. The snacks were enjoyed as well.

Perfect for location for UCA parent visit for a couple of days. Close to coffee, breakfast places, downtown and to UCA where our son lives. This was our third trip staying at Mini Oak it’s clean and hosts are responsive. Like a hotel only better. Neighborhood is beautiful and walkable. We will be visiting again very soon and looking forward to staying at Oak Mini again. Thank you, The Kiss’s

It was fantastic! First time in Michigan, and it was an amazing time! I enjoyed a ton, loved every second of it! The home was lovely! I felt peace and just really relaxed while I stayed! Truly Beautiful!

Super awesome place everything they said it was great view we used it for work but I would definitely suggest this as a summer home for someone to get away at all parties were very responsive

We have been both hosts and guests on many occassions. Nathan and Lindsey know how to do hospitality for Airbnb. Professional, nice decorations, comfy beds, stocked kitchen, cozy spaces. Beautiful neighborhood. I did not see a book for guest recommendations for dining, etc., but may have missed it - Nathan and Lindsey did offer to make recommendations by text. We would return without hesitation.

This was a beautiful home, with lots of space to spread out. We were in town for our son's wedding, and this was a quiet place of refuge amidst a hectic weekend. The hosts were gracious and welcoming, checking to make sure we had everything we needed, even before we arrived, and responsive to any questions or needs we had.

I needed somewhere to land in Midland to visit my parents since I now live out of state. We were dealing with a bit of a family medical situation. This home provided us comfort and relief, as well as easy access to MyMichigan Health while being close to all amenities and close to Mom and Dad’s apt. It was on a beautiful tree lined street. I would stay again without hesitation.

Absolutely worth every penny you spend! The walk to downtown is unbeatable. The closest walk i've ever had aside from staying directly in downtown. This little historical home has so much charm, it was just renovated you can feel it. it feels so clean and new, all of the furniture and decor is so thought out for functionality and appeal. My favorite part was being able to look at the trees from the bedroom window and drinking coffee in bed. aside from being able to sit on the little front porch of the home or the backyard porch at night with hot chocolate. we did absolutely what you wanted to do in an airbnb, when it comes to being this nice and functional. if you are a front porch person, back porch person, or living room person, you'll feel right at home if home is clean and comfy. The backyard is also beautiful. they provide a crock pot and a britta and a few different options of baking pans. Keurig is one of the nicer ones as well. not a long drive to the 3 surrounding cities
