The house was absolutely fantastic! We loved the vintage feel and the location on the lake could not be beat. We especially loved the availability of beach gear! We’ll definitely be looking at this house again in the future!

My family and I stayed here for the Bay City Festival! I want to start by saying Lindsey was very accommodating! She left us welcome gifts upon checking in! The house was more then what we expected! The kitchen is just drop dead gorgeous! Everything is just like the pictures of not better! Thank you Lindsey for you hospitality! I will definitely be back to visit!

Perfect stay at a nice house in a leafy neighborhood of Midland. The hosts were great, the house was clean and quiet. I was in town for a work event and things could not have gone more smoothly.

We had a lovely stay in this clean and well-appointed home! Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean and spacious. Everything was as described and matched the photos. Hosts were helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

On the edge of the Historical District, the neighborhood is very inviting. The home is well kept and stocked with everything one needs to stay. The two bedrooms have TV's as well as one in livingroom. plenty of closet and drawer space to unpack and laundry necessities too. Bathroom very fresh and clean with a roomy shower. The kitchen is adequately furnished for any cook and wonderful back patio to enjoy your meals. I stayed 5 days but could have stayed a month. Everything was clean, fresh and inviting. Also, very much enjoyed the cotton-tail bunnies, chipmunk and chatty birds while having morning coffee on patio. - Thank you

We didn't spend a lit of time hear, only to sleep. There is so much to do in the area that we were out a lot. It was extremely nice to come in to a very clean and inviting space after a tiring day of play!

This was our second stay with Sue. It was just as fantastic as the first time. We had six people in our group. Her house is spacious, clean, and comfortable with tons of amenities. We had a wonderful time playing cards, the piano, and of course ping-pong. It's located close to all of the restaurants, stores, and expressway entrance ramps. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Zero complaints. Sue is a gracious, friendly, proactive host! We highly recommend Sue and her home and hope to stay again! ❤️

This little house is so charming. We felt at home the moment we walked in. The neighborhood is gorgeous quiet and feels safe. We walked into town. Short lovely walk Beds are comfortable. Place was very clean. If we come back to Midland we would stay there again.

The home was perfect for our ladies bike trip. It was very clean, spacious, and beautiful inside and out. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed and more. The home was nicely furnished and the beds were comfortable. The yard was beautifully landscaped and we enjoyed walking around the house admiring and identifying all the plants and flowers. Sue was a great host; allowing for early check in, providing coffee and creamer and giving us recommendations on what to do on a raining day. She even provided us with a scenic route to the trail rail bike path, that went through various neighborhoods. It was a beautiful ride. Could not have asked for more!

The place was Beautiful as well as peaceful..The host was very accommodating and went above and beyond to assure that our stay went well. Im look forward to visiting again soon.
