The host, Sue, was great. Very pleasant and nice, very informative, with clear instructions, and very responsive. The place was fantastic. Very cute cottage, and surprisingly large, good-sized kitchen and living room, separate sitting room, decent sized bathroom. Super clean and well appointed. There wasn't anything that Sue hadn't thought of, everything I needed was there. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

The property looked just like it is listed. A beautiful, quite location. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle but a stone's throw away from all the conveniences you need, and a reseonable price.. Plenty of wildlife to keep you entertained. I loved it, recommend it, and I would definitely stay again.

Sue, Brian, Nathan, and Lindsey were absolutely amazing hosts! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel so welcome and at home. The place was super cozy, spotless, and had everything we could possibly need. They were always happy to chat, share tips, and check in to make sure we were comfortable. It honestly felt more like staying with friends than just booking an Airbnb. We left with full hearts and would come back in a heartbeat!

This house is in the perfect location and is close to everything Midland has to offer. The hosts were polite, professional and helpful. We really enjoyed the unit and look forward to staying here again when I'm back in town.

This was the second time staying at this beautiful beachside house. We practically lived at the beach or in screened in porch. Nice clean house and hosts are very responsive. We will be back next year!

Amazing place to stay and everything was perfect inside. As soon as we walked in it felt like our home away from home. The hosts were very quick to respond and always ready to help if you needed anything. Will definitely stay again

Super cute and very convenient to walk to Dow Diamond for the games. Easy driving distance to stores and honestly anywhere you want to go in Midland. Also the farmers market is a must to go to at Dow Diamond. You can’t go wrong renting this cozy home!

Very nice bungalow, close to downtown. Beautiful neighborhood. Central AC which is great for the summer. Comfortable front and back porches. Laundry was appreciated. I come to Midland frequently for work and this is my favorite rental so far!
